I am a Food Engineer with a Master’s degree in Food Safety and Quality Engineering, currently living in Vienna. My professional background combines quality, production and product-focused roles within the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. I have experience working in GMP-regulated environments, including analytical laboratory work and strict documentation practices in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as quality systems, hygiene and cleaning validation, audits (IFS, ISO), and hands-on production and beverage development in the food sector. I enjoy roles where technical thinking, structure and real production processes meet. I like understanding how things work in practice, improving processes step by step, and contributing to safe and high-quality products. I consider myself curious, reliable and easy to work with, and I appreciate environments where learning and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. I am especially interested in opportunities related to quality assurance, food safety, product development, validation or food technology in international environments.
