- Maintance of product(s) - related BOM in Material Master SAP ERP and Windchill system. - Ensure the BOM Maintance with development and production -and start change process for development purpose or BOM correction. - Technical implementation of changes in PLM and ERP (related objects, link files, follow up issues, transfer BOM) - Leading weekly Change meeting with stakeholders - Transfering BOM from Windchill to SAP Production system for proto typing process -and after proto typing to serial plant that is related for technical changes. - Coordination of prototype production from planner point of view (ensure the material availability, checking of capacities, supporting of engineering research and development, quality, production department, material planning, project management) - Weekly analyze of inventory (stock value, open orders, planned orders) and creating purchase requisitions in case of demand for Proto plant - Manage cost calculation and target cost of the new product or revision before and after implementation
Preparing production plans accordingly the capacity and issuing production sheets to plant units. Cooperation with plant managers and relevant associate departments. Cooperation with foreign ‑ domestic customers. Preparation of reports.
