Leading the Simultaneous Engineering team of the Audi PPE battery for China (including cell-, module- and pack development team)
Managing the development of EA888 Gen3 engine to C6 Stage 2 emission regulation, focused on timeline and technical solutions in cooperation with the headquarters and the joint ventures.
Construction release responsibility for Audi EA888 Gen3 engine. Responsible for engine projects in aspect of construction / design. Following future vehicle projects and define/controlling the development needs from the engine.
- Construction of Audi EA888 Gen3 fuel system, for example injectors (low and high pressure), fuel rails, high and low pressure tubes, CNG components - International design responsibility of low pressure components - Moderatation of meetings and responsibility of simultan engineering in side of EA888 Gen3 additional parts cold side (fuel system, vacuum system, intake manifold and sub-components)
Failure analysis of EA888 engine (from EVO1 to Gen3) - Planning and leading engine dyno tests - acoustic analysis - planning and performing measurements and component tests - reporting the root cause and taking suggestions - in cooperation with the technical development
