Szada, Pest, Hungary
I have more than 24 years of professional experience and over 15 years in leadership roles across technical, service, operations, manufacturing, project management, and construction environments. Throughout my career, I have led complex organizations with full business responsibility in international settings, where ensuring stable day-to-day operations and continuously improving business results were both part of my role. As a leader, I consider it important to help my teams grow, become stronger, and operate more independently, while I also continue to learn and develop myself. I believe that strong results always come from people – therefore I build on trust and development alongside performance.
