Working in-house at Samsung as a Senior CRM Campaign Manager. Strategically planning CRM responses and campaigns based on the businesses needs. Working closely with clients, I was responsible for ensuring that the campaigns meet commercial marketing objectives whilst maintaining a strong working relationship with key stakeholders within Samsung. The role is mainly focused on email communications, working on new product launches, seasonal promotions, partnership promotion and on-boarding.
As the appointed retailer marketing agency for BMW Group at hps my role was to manage the Retailer marketing team. Myself and the team were responsible for the bespoke marketing campaigns required by the BMW and MINI retailers. Working on projects such as new showroom launches, new car launches, partnerships and more, we were responsible for the strategy, creative output, management and communication for all projects. My role was to oversee all campaigns, team development, client relationship management and ensure the team was meeting contracted SLAs along with stakeholder reporting. Due to the complex nature of car buying, it was of the most importance that all marketing strategies were considered across all media both ATL and BTL.
