Gen-Next & ULIP Led the execution of Clear Men Bodywash relaunch in China through ideation, concept drafting and communication assets development (15M Euro Business, 100% EC Uplift) Facilitated brainstorming workshops for upcoming Clear Men launches with the local Chinese stakeholders (ie R&D, legal, Brand, consumers). Led the launch of new Dove Go Fresh range in Vietnam, Singapore, Korea and Malaysia through asset adaption and formulation changes. Created an analysis framework for SEA Skin Cleansing trends and ecommerce platforms for product innovation and claims testing
Lead the execution of 4 market activations (Johnnie Walker 200th Year Icons Edition, Smirnoff Soda Fruit Smash, Johnnie Walker Pocket Scotch and Johnnie Walker Gold Bundle) in both On Trade and Off Trade premises (200% increase in Sell In volume) Collaborated with stakeholders (Creative agencies, Logistic agency, PR firms, Merchandizers and Clients) on the activations and branding initiatives. Liaised and aided Sales team with On Trade Client Relationship Management (Product Training and Collaterals). Planned and executed Whisky Appreciation Events at membership clubs and corporate events. Through this opportunity, I have: Collaborated with agencies/design houses/ media owners on advertising creatives, branding initiatives, PR activities and researched on ROI. Optimized content for their new website and social media accounts through the editing and production of copies, images, videos and audio contents. Collaborated across marketing, business and sales teams in analyzing both trade consumers' needs and other simple data analytics to optimize market share and escalate revenue growth. Facilitated the development of roadshows and sampling events to promote new and existing products to relevant consumers. Track and create POP materials using both Adobe Illustrator and Canva for multiple in house brands. Reason for leaving: End of Internship
