1. Conducting skill-based assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS_R, Essential for Living (EFL)，and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), WISC 2. Developing Behavior Intervention Protocol (BIP), Individual Education Plan (IEP), and Quarterly Progress Report. 3. Performing one-on-one services and group service for over 30 kids (22 months to 10 years old) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD), Pervasive Developmental Disorder(PDD), emotional disorder, selective mutism as well as typical developed children with challenging behaviors. 4. Supervising approximately 7 staff and providing ongoing observation, training, and feedback to all frontline staff. 5. Providing Parents with training and consultation. 6. With experience supporting kids from both local and international schools.
1. Implementing intervention plan, collecting data and graphing as per IEP. 2. Preference assessment. 3. Supporting in addressing various following concerns which included behavioral problems, learning difficulties, parenting strategies social skills, and play skills through in both Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) group session and one-to-one sessions.
Mainly focus on recruiting Senior Clinician for LIH Olivia's Place and Chief Clinic, as well as LIH SkyCity Rehabilitation Hospital invested by LIH Healthcare including but not limited to Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Therapist, Psychologist, ABA, Chiropractors, Doctors, Nurse etc.
