Working on tills, fitting rooms and shop floor - helping customers locate stock both on the floor and using the iPad to order goods not in store. I am part of the delivery team which includes processing the stock from the warehouse and then putting it out on the shop floor. I am also involved in implementing new department layouts from business plans, interpreting them and modifying them accounting for the specific stores requirements. I am also part of the fire evacuation tem within the store.
Deliver and collect catologues and orders . Collating the orders from multiple people, placing them with Avon, receiving and checking the delivery, matching products to customer orders, delivering the orders, collecting payment and finally paying Avon and myself.
Renewing bus passes. Advising passengers on journeys for both Stagecoach and National Express journeys. Booking tickets for National Express, Eurolines and Shearings holidays. Bookings were taken by phone or in person. I also had to balance the till at the end of the day.
Worked in Death Claims department and then New business departments. In the claims departments i put through the new claims and assisted the other members of the team with any admin work they required. With new business I handled new policies and dealt with telephone calls from agents and customers.
