In this role I had a team of 11 persons, 6 in-house and 5 off shore consultants with key responsibilities: • Own and maintain test objects within the area • Responsible of a specific platform according to the defined verification-strategy • Drive implementation of automation strategy for sub-distribution • Improvement projects: Automation, Continuously Process improvements • Outsourcing: monitoring, improvement, balancing • Issue Leakage • Tools, road map, • Resource request • Review test method and test design • Review test scope for features within the area

In parallel with my manager role at KnowIT I also worked as a consultant at SonyEricsson in the role as IoT Coordinator. I was stationed in Lund but worked towards Manchester where the development of Symbian was done. In my role as IoT Coordinator, I would ensure our operability between our phones and server clients.
As team manager at Knowit I got to lead a team of ~15 consultants with main responsibilities • Performance • Salary review • Coaching • Activities with the team • Monthly meeting with the team
