I am in the International Project team and I work on international projects. I am responsible for following up, improving, advancing and planning all processes from receiving the order to shipping time, following the workflow via e-mail with SAP software and intervening or ensuring the flow when necessary as a result of meetings with the customer. I was producing bearings in this factory with my teammates. During the production of this bearing, I was performing quality controls with various devices or CMM machines and at the same time preparing the technical drawings of the operators with the help of AutoCAD at times. I was also involved in the assembly or packaging issues in production. Finally, I was preparing the Final Documentation Package with the finished product and sending it to the customer. • Knowledge of quality control and quality systems. • Actively participate in heat treatment, machining. • Ensure that processes are managed in accordance with the production plan. • Guide field teams based on production efficiency, quality, and occupational safety. • Monitor daily production activities, report, and take action. • Support the development of production employees and monitor their performance. • Contribute to continuous improvement and lean production practices. • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. • Take an active role in production-related improvement and efficiency projects. • Knowledge of CNC Machines and Design Programs (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
