-Purchasing raw and packaging materials in line with factory requirements -Managing active supplier relationships and sourcing alternative suppliers -Conducting packaging and label inspections (quality, dimensions, pre-printing checks) -Sending product samples to customers in the USA and Europe -Monitoring, planning, and creating orders for packaging, carton, and label stocks -Coordinating information flow with companies during product labeling processes -Conducting R&D on new food products and sourcing contract manufacturing partners -Followed up customer requests and maintained communication with international clients -Supporting the production process of new private label packaging -Assisting with shipment schedule tracking and planning -Preparing CIF cost calculations for export products
