Hungary
Prysmian Group stands as a global leader in the manufacturing of cables, with a strong focus on project execution and research & development initiatives. As a member of the Board of Directors, I have played a pivotal role in steering the local implementation of Prysmian Group's comprehensive HR strategy, aimed at enhancing organisational efficiency within Hungary's dual-factory and shared service center operations. My responsibilities include developing and executing integrated HR strategies that align with both daily operational priorities and the broader corporate objectives. I provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, facilitating organisational alignment and addressing complex people and organisational challenges across all levels of the company. In managing global talent programs, I oversee initiatives targeted at attracting and developing emerging talent, including programs for recent graduates, high-potential employees, and regional leadership development. Identifying organizational challenges is a key aspect of my role, and I proactively recommend actionable solutions to promote continuous improvement and maintain organizational health. I also lead internal communication efforts to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with corporate objectives, thereby supporting employee engagement. My tasks extend to HR forecasting, planning, and reporting, providing valuable insights into workforce demographics and trends to inform strategic decision-making. I serve as the company's HR representative in external forums, maintaining Prysmian Group’s reputation and fostering professional relationships with external partners. Building strong relationships with employee representatives, I lead collective bargaining negotiations and promote a collaborative work environment. Ensuring full compliance with local employment laws and regulations is a priority, and I work diligently to align HR practices with the company's values and legal requirements.
