I've sat across from hundreds of professionals who did everything right: good grades, stable jobs, years of experience and still found themselves stuck or left behind when the ground shifted. I help individuals and organisations understand how careers actually work and how to intentionally design careers that are resilient, meaningful, and future-ready. I empower young adults to embark on successful career journeys while connecting them with industry leaders. By facilitating workshops, group coaching, one-one sessions, networking and hiring events, I ensure that both undergraduates and master's students are well-prepared for opportunities in Luxury, Retail & Consumer Goods, Media & Entertainment, and Hospitality & Tourism industry-sectors. One of the most challenging things for accompanying partners of those on international assignments is starting afresh in a foreign place. I support my international clients by providing career coaching and localised context (i.e. understanding the culture) so that they are empowered in this 'reset' state.
