-Complete field report to document punch list, work on-site to support the construction administration process. -Perform building code analysis and assist architect in obtaining necessary permits and approvals. -Prepare procurement, pay application, and contract documents. -Assist client and in selecting contractors, material, fixtures, furniture, and equipment. -Prepare shop drawings and schedule sheet for material takeoff.
