Managing global delivery of TTL enterprise ticketing systems for resorts, festivals, and venues by overseeing a multinational team across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Since joining the firm in 2022, Zion delivered Sands China, SJM Resorts, and Wynn Macau (Macau); Pulp (Philippines); Inspire (Korea); Ticketbox (Mexico); and KTSP, HK Bulls (Hong Kong), and more.
Initiated XNode digital innovation collaboration platform Weinnovator. It connects the big brands’ innovative business requirements and startups’ core products or solutions. As a result, they can collaboratively step into a new market in a highly efficient and low-cost way. Reported to CEO and conducted the business case, by analyzing benefits from various stakeholders including big brands, startups, government officers, etc. Managed the full lifecycle of the project, such as scope, schedule, and cost, etc. Finally, delivered Weinnovator on time and budget, with 100+ business requirements published by 20+ Fortune 500 and enrollments from 30+ startups.
Founded SAP Argus, which is an SAP on-the-job entrepreneurial project with the mission 'The Third Eye of Doctors’. Argus is a smart CT image pre-screening solution for lung cancer to help doctors have a more accurate diagnosis and reduce their analysis time with AI techniques. Recruited and managed 12 cross-department team members to establish the business model, develop the PoC, and pitch the idea to executives. Finally, won the Greater China Winner & Global Top 5 Team in the SAP iO 1 Billion Lives Intrapreneurship Program. Led the first and youngest SAP Labs China innovation team ever, to the SAP iO Venture - Global Investment Community Meeting. Pitched SAP Argus to 1000+ colleagues, customers, and partners with SAP Executive Board Member - Adaire Fox-Martin in SAP 2019 F-KOM Macao.
Developed several SAP TM core products as the main contributor, including SAP UI5 Gantt Chart Control, SAP Transport Management - Planning, and SAP Logistic Business Network - Dock Appointment Scheduling, etc. Mastered the Agile and Scrum methodology in the day-to-day software development process. Delivered 10+ public speeches at SAP internal events, SAP Campus Talk, and SAP marketing events such as China International Industry Fair, SAP IoT & Digital Supply Chain Summit, etc. Participated in innovation activities with the design-thinking approach and continuously won SAP innovation awards, such as 2015 SAP InnoWeek Winner, 2016 SAP Global IoT Challenge Winner, 2018 SAP One Billion Lives Greater China Winner, and 2019 SAP Labs China Managing Director Award.
Was recruited by SAP Vocational Training Program in the 2nd year at university as a high potential talent. Developed SAP Transportation Management Collaboration Portal as an intern in SAP PI Logistics CN department.
