In 2025, I graduated from Penn State with a degree in BS in Supply Chain Information Systems and minors in economics and Information science.I am enthusiastic about pursuing a career in the supply chain field across all industries. Such as tech, FMCG( Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry, international trade, supply chains, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or consulting. During my journey of pursuing my bachelor’s degree at Penn State University. I am always seeking a way to integrate real-world business ideas with my undergraduate program. Reconciled consignment inventory by extracting target SKUs and batch numbers from master inventory data and comparing system records with physical stock counts. Developed an Excel-based inventory dashboard to track system quantity, actual quantity, and discrepancy status, improving SKU-level inventory visibility. Conducted physical counts across sample, loose-material, and palletized bulk storage areas to establish baseline data for sample management and warehouse layout redesign. Designed a warehouse layout implementation plan by analyzing inventory distribution, product categories, storage locations, turnover logic, handling constraints, and operational accessibility. Built a preliminary warehouse process framework covering inventory flow, sample management, bulk-to-loose stock transition, location control, and execution steps for layout standardization.
• Inventory Optimization: Developed an inventory monitoring system using Python modules such as numpy and SQLAlchemy. Incorporated 10+ parameters into the system, successfully identify and reducing 10% of waste. • Shipping Cost Management System: Provided data support for the development of a system covering 610 Chinese cities and 600k logistics traces using data cleaning methods and tools. Processed qualitative pricing data into a quantitative and standardized database scheme. Designed a calculation algorithm that integrated business requirements and database processing capabilities. • Data Analysis & Visualization: Generated 30+ business Kanban boards based on various business indicators like "Delivery Time Index" or "Delivery Satisfaction" using complex SQL queries or Python scripts. Produced visualization reports with BI software. • SOP Management: Created new SOPs and updated existing SOPs based on changes in duties, providing guidance to future collaborators.
