Architected and built a Dynamics 365 Contact Center solution rolled out to 40+ Raiffeisen bank branches, based on Customer Service Workspace and Dynamics 365 Contact Center. • Delivered a production-ready contact center: inbound telephony, queues, routing logic, callbacks, ticketing and agent experiences — with a reusable, branch-configurable architecture. • Integrated Microsoft Teams telephony with Dynamics 365 (call queues, routing, agent status) and built bi-directional presence sync via Azure Functions and Microsoft Graph API. • Advised on roadmap topics including call recording (MiFID), reporting and Copilot integration. Technical lead and architect for a high-availability customer-communication bridge for 100+ back-office agents, scaling to ~10,000 calls per day. • Designed and implemented an AI-powered voicebot (SemanticEdge) and integrated the 0800 voice portal with Webex Contact Center and Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Used AI to generate and run 20 concurrent telephony load tests and auto-produce test reports before go-live. • Built and secured the Azure infrastructure: WAF policies, Application Insights, monitoring/alerting and SQL hardening. • Developed multiple REST API integrations to connect external systems. Worked on a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based marketing automation system (Customer Insights – Marketing). • Developed landing pages, extended to an Azure Static Web App for the opt-out confirmation page. • Built custom forms and consent logic (opt-in / opt-out, registrations) and optimised responsive HTML5/CSS layouts. • Created and maintained reusable email and customer-journey templates and campaign segmentation logic. • Implemented automations for recurring campaigns; ran testing and validation of campaign execution.
