•Established a robust interfacial strategy for producing a novel class of 2D covalent organic frameworks, via systematic 10-variable DOE across precursor concentration, catalyst loading, temperature, and solvent composition; methodology published in Nature Synthesis (2026). •Fabricated COF-based thin-film memristor devices through wet chemical surface engineering and physical electrode deposition, then characterized resistance-switching behaviors under bias conditions. •Performed electrochemical characterization (cyclic voltammetry, EIS) alongside XRD, XPS, ICP-OES, UV-vis, and NMR to map process-structure-property relationships across material variants and guide synthesis iteration. •Developed Python pipelines for high-throughput data processing and visualization, reducing per-experiment data processing time from hours to minutes.
