As a Marketing Executive, I took responsibility for managing assigned accounts and handling video projects. I frequently activated Instagram accounts by posting diverse content, gaining hands-on experience in commercial design, video content creation, editing, coordinating, and communicating. I discovered that high-quality content can significantly enhance a company's image and attract cooperation invitations from various industries and locations. Additionally, I identified other platforms that could increase the company's exposure, contributing to a broader and more effective marketing strategy.
Chinese Orchestra Team Leader. Member of APU CLCS 12th BOD in 2022 to 2023. Leading team to different performances in and out of the school such as participating in APU's and IMU moon cake festival performances accepted invitations to perform in YouNi Market and Sunway's NGO program. Besides, to keep the orchestra active, different music projects are planned such as online performances, instrument classes, small group practice, etc. I also built a complete structure and management system during my managing year. Moreover, I assisted the APU Chinese Orchestra Team in building relationships and connecting with other universities's Chinese Orchestra Society such as UCSI, Tarc, UTAR and XMU. Besides, team members had grown from 15+ people in early 2022 to nearly 60 members during the end of my serving time. Additionally, I led the team in earning funds for the Orchestra to increase assets, and in early 2023, some of the main large instruments like Chinese drum, Cello and Yang Qin were successfully purchased. Communication and skills of being a leader are well-trained with this role, it also allowed me to challenge myself in managing a team from an unknown to a valuable team. To me, it was a great experience in building a community and I enjoyed every process of assisting the team to grow better.
Assistance Project Manager of APU CLCS Chinese Orchestra Concert 2022. Responsible for coordinating all parties (Chinese Orchestra Team, Cooperated Orchestra, Event Team, CLCS, PA team, APU) ideas and requirements. In this event, I led the team in creating a new idea for the performance including a storyline and self-created animation for the whole concert, voice-over, leading the team to create a 2D handcrafted photo booth, merchandising, scheduling rehearsal and practices for the team,etc. Extreme time management was well trained in playing different important roles such as assistant project manager of the COC2022 Project, Chinese orchestra team leader, member of CLCS BOD, student and music performer. Skills like leadership, communication, tolerance, time management, and creativity are well-trained through this event. Good experiences in collaborating with outsiders to have a great deal under a low-budget event, seeking sponsorships, countless meetings with different event departments, applying resources from schools and more.
