• Responsible for software and hardware installation, debugging, maintenance and management of on-site servers in the warehouse. • Work closely with domestic departments to develop and test functions to meet customer requirements. • Collect and analyze system operating data, identify and report problems that affect system operating efficiency. • Deal with field emergency: network environment, container, system failure, program logic accident, robot accident, etc. • Write automatic test scripts to test the working conditions of warehouse location, workstation, conveyor line, robot positioning, etc.
