Ex-ante Research: Draft 8 bond issuers’ basic info reports, including outstanding bonds, and historical financials etc.; Conduct indicator analysis in financing proposal based on data terminal software, such as Wind, and iFind 2. Project Execution: Write due diligence reports including credit assessment, equity structure, main business segment analysis, and technical financial analysis; Organize working drafts, and refine declaration materials for prospects 3. Post-Management: Continuously monitor the issuer's status, and regularly update the issuer's financial statements and outstanding bond conditions
1. Evaluated 8 business plans from various sectors including gaming, healthcare, cloud technology; identified investment highlights, potential risks and mitigates; 2. Assessed whether the investments fit the fund strategy by looking at aspects including company history, business model, board and management, historical financials and projections; 3. Involved into the post investment management following a pre-A round financing; attended portfolio company meetings to understand more about venture capital decision making and performance improvement plans.
