I oversee the corporate & commerical practice and the direction of Folich LLC. I am committed to delivering tangible value to clients by providing legal solutions that are timely, cost-effective, and easy to understand. In particular, I work closely with small and medium enterprises in the region, advising on a wide range of issues from joint venture, information privacy, intellectual property to corporate governance. I have been appointed as a director or advisor for several institutions of a public character (IPCs) in Singapore, as well as to the panel of service providers for GoBusiness IP Grow, the platform for businesses in Singapore to access Government e-services and resources. Through pro bono work on matters related to lasting powers of attorney, wills, trusts, probate and administration, I strive to contribute to the community.
