I am a healthcare professional and educator with a background spanning Biomedical Science (UTAR) and a Master’s in Social and Administrative Pharmacy (USM). My experience bridges clinical practice, research, and education, allowing me to combine scientific knowledge with strong communication and organisational skills. I previously worked as a Medical Assistant, where I gained hands-on clinical experience in patient care, including assisting with procedures, phlebotomy, ECGs, wound dressing, and patient coordination. This role strengthened my understanding of clinical workflows, attention to detail, and the importance of accurate documentation in healthcare settings. During my postgraduate studies, I was actively involved in social practice research, including semi-structured interviews with asthma patients on their perceptions, attitudes, and practices towards SABA inhaler use. I also developed skills in literature review, critical evaluation of scientific articles, manuscript writing, and peer review, which strengthened my foundation in academic and clinical research. Currently, I work as a teacher, where I design lesson plans, deliver structured learning content, and monitor student progress. This role has further enhanced my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, manage responsibilities independently, and engage effectively with different audiences.
