I have joined the company Ibex Biosciences, LLC since July, 2018. Currently I am working in the Antibody Group, R&D Department, committed to the development and characterization of our proprietary immunodiagnostic and immunotherapeutic products. I have finished my Master's degree of Science, majoring in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Northeastern University. I also have background of biology, medicinal chemistry and analytical chemistry, and am willing to be devoted to the fields concerning biology, chemistry, and pharmaceutical sciences. I am devoted to my work and always proactive to learn new techniques and master it within a short time. I hold the respect of life sciences, and aim to achieve great accomplishment for better health of mankind.

      • Working in Antibody Therapeutics Team under R&D Department. Mainly responsible for characterization of immunotherapeutic products against multiple cancers, and generating potent experiment data packages to support grant application, patent filings and push forward the product development. • Experimental duties mainly consist of performing and optimizing biochemical and cell-based assays. The goal is to validate the potency of the proprietary protein products (IgGs, VHHs, ScFvs) in a manner from chemistry-based assays to cell-based assays, and provide further guidance to animal-based study. • The biochemical and non-cell based assays include techniques such as, but not limited to, denatured and non-denatured Western blot, direct ELISA, sandwich ELISA, SPR, immunoprecipitation, endotoxin detection and removal, protein separation and purification using AKTA system, HPLC, and LC-MS, DNA/RNA extraction, qRT-PCR, DNA gel electrophoresis, tautomerase assay and so on. • The cell-based assays involve techniques like, but not limited to, maintenance of mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, cell proliferation assay, cytotoxicity and viability assay, internalization and endocytosis assay, cell doubling time assay, ADC assay, ADCC assay, cell lysis, DNA transfection/infection, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, and etc. • Also responsible for lab management and maintenance, including managing company accounts with multiple vendors, placing orders for required reagents, contacting gas (CO2) and water supplies, maintaining instruments, organizing and cleaning lab space, and cooperating with financial department in tracking budget records.
