Led the money transfers space. Transfers is the most heavily used among all bank products, with >10 million transactions and >12 billion USD transacted per month. There is no room for error when it comes to serving customer needs and taking the anxiety out of their money movement experience. My scope also included controlling for fraud and reshaping the complex and distributed tech stack. My team consisted of engineers, designers, business stakeholders, and product managers, who together in an Agile environment built a seamless customer experience across web and mobile platforms. I developed product roadmap, prioritized work among teams, and corralled enterprise-wide teams to release key product features. I applied principles from agile, design thinking, data analytics, user research, and product management.
