• Working as HR Business Partner; working mostly on end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. • Leading Stellantis NexTalent program (sourcing to onboarding). • Acting as HR Business Partner; aligning HR with business goals. • Mentoring Sub-Saharan interns as HR Buddy; driving engagement and integration. • Designing training programs with universities. • Managing HSE processes and compliance. • Supporting Workday implementation; delivering training to HR teams and employees across MEA to ensure smooth adoption.
• Managing end-to-end sourcing, screening, and interviewing with a focus on cultural fit and mobility. • Handling job postings, advertising, and headhunting activities. • Supporting HR processes across Italy and Greece. • Managing multi-country HR Operations (Türkiye, Italy, Greece, France), including mobility, payroll oversight, and contract compliance. • Building onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple countries. • Preparing key HR reports (e.g., HC Report, Master File). • Partnering with Regional Managers on employee engagement initiatives.
Focus: Germany & Austria | Industry: IT & Engineering • Publishing and manage job listings effectively to attract a diverse candidate pool, • Engaging in headhunting primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter and other career platforms, • Taking an active role in whole recruitment process, • Investing time in researching and developing resources for talent outreach, • Searching, reviewing resumes, and initiating communication with potential candidates, • Conducting interviews with international candidates in English and in German, when necessary, • Periodical reporting of all recruitment process.
