Conducted studies facilitating the technology transfer of Sanofi and contract medicine products within Sanofi's production facilities. Implemented studies aimed at continuous improvement of production processes. Coordinated and executed process validation, bulk product holding, and packaging qualification studies for existing products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Liaised with relevant production departments to update the SAP system regarding product formula changes. Conducted investigations and provided support to resolve unexpected production process issues. Lean ProManaged daily preparation of +QDCI boards and participated in Asakai meetings. Conducted SMED analysis for OEE enhancement project, resulting in significant reduction of changeover times. Established inventory and relationship matrix for dies, implemented intuitive naming system. Presented proposals for dies room layout improvements and standardization to senior management. Implemented Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to optimize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime in manufacturing operations.
