Responsible for producing daily, weekly and monthly reports for US. Some reports also includes Europe, APAC, LATAM and ISMEA regions. Mainly works on US Ocean & Air reports, also work on a few reports about Canada. Taking actions to solve problems on the data sources MS SQL, Tableau and Access Db when there is an issue. Helps out how to update a report when it is not productive or needed.
Worked on creating a system that is allowed to help of understanding how to do a job from scratch. Analyzed different teams to see how they can contribute to each other on the system. Gained experience on kick-offs, SRS documents, project timeline and resource assignment, database design, dashboard mock-up drawing, FR documents, user guide preparation.
This graduation project is being carried out for organizing warehouse settlement at Kalkancı Pres Döküm ve Kalıp San. Tic. A.Ş. In the first project, a Gantt Chart was prepared to detect steps and details. Information was collected about requests for quotation, mold, production, quality, maintenance and repair, storage and shipping, purchasing and supplier selection, accounting, and human resources to understand the main functions of the current system. Workflow diagrams of production, purchasing, and supplier selection were created. Based on observations, SWOT Analysis was made. Ishikawa diagram was created about warehouse problems. In the second project, a mathematical model was created and a heuristic approach was developed. By interpreting solutions, the warehouse layout project was finished.
