•Running end-to-end recruitment processes for technology department. •Evaluating job applications received through our platform. Prioritizing the candidate experience and adapt our systems to fit the pool of talent. •Sourcing candidates while keeping up with new channels and trends in tech recruitment. •Assessing the cultural compatibility of potential candidates. •Ensuring all the skill-based evaluations are completed, including soft-skills and technical skills, required by the role and business. •Maintaining the relationship with hiring teams in line with the needs and challenges of the business.
