Manage onboarding,job move, and exit employee engagement. Own end to end employee cycle and acting as a single point of contact for employees in Business Ops-National Org and HR- through time off, parental leave, PIP process,role moves. Support line managers in employee experience through providing meaningful data Guide leaders and HRBPs in relation to HR procedures Working with global mobility, payroll, talent partners, reward and HRBPs, providing support and recommend meaningful actions.
•Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews •Sourcing potential candidates via LinkedIn. •Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. •Making a briefing call with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job posting accordingly. •Helping the team in all HR processes. •Working closely with data analytics, finance, and integrated planning team.
