*Develop and maintain the project portfolio roadmap in line with corporate strategy *Evaluate, prioritize, and approve project proposals based on strategic fit, risk, and resource availability *Monitor and report on portfolio performance metrics, schedule, budget, and resource utilization *Facilitate communication and coordination between project managers and senior leadership. *Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the portfolio’s success. *Ensure consistent application of portfolio management processes and governance. *Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and outcomes. *Support change management initiatives related to project portfolio adjustments. *Provide training and guidance on portfolio management best practices *Prepare regular portfolio reports and presentations for stakeholders
* Lead proposal create for industrial, infrastructure, oil & gas, power plant, defense industry, etc. engineering projects * Write proposal content regarding specific customer requirements and unique value points for the company’s integrated solutions * Specify system components, calculate component ratings and quantities, and create detailed bills-of material for material and labor cost estimates * Interface with vendors and determine which products are best suited for an application of project and utilize value concepts and tools defining the right value solutions for each customer * Assemble the best team to respond to customer requests, coordinate and facilitate all meetings, determine actions for each member, set deadlines, and review deliverables. * Develop detailed proposals for broadband products, which include front end engineering, detailed equipment lists, pricing, network descriptions, diagrams, financial worksheets, etc. * Coordinate and manage large RFP's and RFQ's (GTE, Sprint, SBC) * Successfully support the Emerging Market efforts in Proposal Engineering processes, while serving as interim manager for the Proposal Engineering team * Increase departmental efficiency through the development of design stage as part of a collaborative team * Maintain customer relationships by communicating deviation and processing requirements in a timely manner * Enhance clear communication channels between operation teams and customers by clearly identify requirements and quality * Develop and lead the marketing strategy to capture new projects * Assist Project Managers to execute the projects seamlessly and identify the opportunities to maximize profit margin.
