Co-founders and COO of the fourth biggest travel agency in Denmark during its existence. Obtained a very central role in directing the company’s day-to-day operations and developing its long-term strategic vision while also having primary contact to airlines. Accomplished sending 130.000-150.000 travelers yearly to popular destinations. Primarily arranged charter and split-charter travels from Copenhagen, Billund and Aalborg to holiday destinations. Destinations included Turkey, Tunisia, Morocco, Bulgaria, Greece, Egypt, Thailand, India. Moreover, determining sales programs and pricing strategies, opening up new destinations, participating in travel-fairs and managing various stakeholders. During the experience at Scanway/ Tyrkiet Eksperten worked with numerous airlines. Airlines included Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines, Onur Airlines, Corendon Airlines, Freebird Airlines, in terms of chartered, group and allotment operations (Kayseri, Ankara, Konya). Furthermore, rich competencies in arranging tours to Erbil, Iraq, from Copenhagen and Sweden. Scanway/Tyrkiet Eksperten had on average 17 daily outgoing flights from Denmark to Turkey's touristic destination (Bordum, Antalya, Alanya, Dalaman, Izmir, Istanbul). The company had additional operations to countries such as The Canary Islands (2 times weekly), Bulgaria (2 times weekly), Tunisia (2 times weekly), Egypt (2 times weekly), Greece (4 times weekly). Also, arranged fully chartered operations for Turkish ethnic groups to Ankara, Konya and Kayseri.
