Key responsibilities included: · GTM strategy and value proposition for the French market · Building and signing and onboarding the brand-defining supply & partner portfolio · Adapting the onboarding process to local partner expectations · Running lead generation campaigns in collaboration with an external creative agency · Retained ongoing responsibility for partner performance, revenue monitoring, and continuous optimisation to sustain market growth. France went from a blank page to a functioning market with the right partners, the right process, and the first brand collaboration in place.
