Landfolk, winner of the Danish Chamber of Commerce's "Best New E-commerce" award, chose France as its first Southern European market. Joining to Landfolk at this pivotal moment, the mission was clear: build the French market from the ground up, in a country where the brand had no presence and no existing pipeline. Key responsibilities included: · GTM strategy and value proposition for the French market · Building and signing and onboarding the brand-defining supply & partner portfolio · Adapting the onboarding process to local partner expectations · Running lead generation campaigns in collaboration with an external creative agency · Retained ongoing responsibility for partner performance, revenue monitoring, and continuous optimisation to sustain market growth. France went from a blank page to a functioning market with the right partners, the right process, and the first brand collaboration in place.

Joining as Retail Proposition Manager and reporting directly to the VP, the focus was on retail merchants with active cross-border expansion agendas across Europe. Embedded alongside these merchants as a strategic payment partner — tracking their expansion goals market by market, and building payment strategies and propositions designed to move with their growth. Business cases were taken directly to the CBO.
