With over 4.5 years of experiences as a researcher in R&D, I combine academic expertise with practical industry knowledge, enabling me to bridge the gap between research and real-world applications. I have comprehensive knowledge in the synthesis, characterization, and development of nanoscale catalysts for energy applications and selective chemical processes, as well as functional coatings like antimicrobial, solar mirror, and photocatalytic coatings. My experience in both academic and industry settings has given me a strong understanding of industry dynamics, allowing me to turn scientific innovations into practical solutions. I am skilled in writing and managing scientific projects, fluent in English (oral and written), and excel at problem-solving, analytical thinking, and time management in fast-paced environments. Currently pursuing a PhD, I am continuously expanding my academic knowledge and advancing my research in the field, further enhancing my expertise in innovative technologies.

During my Master education, I worked as a project assistant in two important projects and was supported by TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) Projects: "New Vision Catalysts for Amine Production: Development of Bimetalic Rhenium Based Nanoclusters Encapsulated in Porous Materials for Selective Amide Hydrogenation" and "Development of Graphene Supported Bimetallic Electrocatalysts with High Catalytic Activity for PEM Fuel Cells" Role: 1. Synthesis of organometallic precursors for nanoparticle synthesis 2. Synthesis of bimetallic and monometallic nanocatalysts for energy applications and selective amide hydrogenation 3. Synthesis optimization and kinetic studies 4. Structural characterizations of precursors and nanoparticles (TGA, FTIR, BET, ICP-MS, NMR, XRP, XPS, Raman Spectroscopy, SEM, EDS, TEM) 5. Electrochemical test of nanocatalysts (CV, LSV) and fuel cell studies 6. Data interpretation, presentation, and reporting
Role: 1. Synthesis of Re-based Bimetallic Nanoclusters Encapsulated in Micro/Meso-Porous Materials 2. Optimization of Synthesis Protocols 3. Surface and Structural Characterization of the Catalysts 4. Kinetic Experiments of Amide Hydrogenation under Batch Conditions 5. Mechanistic Studies of the Amide Hydrogenation Using the Produced Nanocatalysts 6. Test of the Optimized Catalysts Under Continous Flow Conditions
Role: 1. Varnish Production 2. Quality control of varnishes produced (viscosity, density, durability, brightness, etc) 3. Development of novel type varnish product by using new and appropriate chemical formulas
