•Review, advise on and help consolidate the equipment lists by type of service, review their operational performances, and make recommendations to the Senior Project Manager and stakeholders on specifications and other technical elements required to effectively develop, plan, launch and implement the new hospital •Lead installations of newly-purchased medical devices •Planning and implementing all medical departments and units of the new hospital including operating rooms, ICUs, emergency rooms, laboratory, CSSD and OPDs. •Provide on-site consulting, guidance, and assistance to physicians and operating room personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving in order to maximize surgery efficiency and usage •Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
Engineering and Maintenance Managment System (EMMS): •Monitored the installation of medical devices. • Repaired and troubleshot of cardiac monitors, pulse oximeter, infusion pumps, defibrillators, dialysis machines, anesthesia machines, cautery machines and all types of radiology machines. • Performed calibration and preventive maintenance of medical machines and equipment. • Studied technical manuals and attended training sessions provided by equipment manufacturers to maintain current knowledge. • Managed paperwork, presentations, and documentations.

That covers inspection, troubleshooting, and requesting parts through purchase requests, testing, and installing devices. • Maintaining an updated inventory database of the existing assets, along with their necessary documentation as per JCI accreditation standards.
