-Implementaion of Performance Management Process & System that is linked to the core visions, strategies and business objectives -Providing coordination with IT Consultants in line with the technical development needs of the Performance Management Tool, performing the testing process throughout the development lifecycle, preparing all relevant documentation, providing consultancy on system support -Making KPI analysis, taking part in goal setting and revision processes -Distribution of the strategic vision and targets of company as unit, region, branch and individual objectives to related business units -Performing the data control in daily reporting, ensuring the IT coordination for the accuracy of the data -Calculation and coordination of all premium systems (pay, rewards etc.) -Responsible of various HR projects such as competency based systems, salary and promotions, talent management, career planning
