Manage the entire aircraft transactions of Turkish Airlines fleet which include deliveries of new and used aircrafts and redeliveries of the aircrafts in accordance with lease contracts. Member of the contract negotiation team with the leasing companies from contract buildup to Lease terms. Manage the CAMO (Continous Airworthiness Management Organisation) of Turkish Airlines Technic of which includes the airworthiness review ,maintenance programs built up and follow-ups , engineering support etc. for the listed aircrafts in CAME.
Manage the team for the preliminary design process of SAW airport wide body aircraft, paint hangars, airframe shops (composites, structures, component shops and avionics) with the contracted design company. Manage the supply process(building technical specification documents, tender management, production inspection, commissioning) of wide body hangar GSE, docking systems, tool and equipment including specific tools for aircraft types, hangar equipment such as pits, tele-platforms, cranes, hangar doors etc. Member of the quality assurance team at Turkish Technic to get approvals of EASA, FAA and Turkish DGCA for Turkish Technic SAW airport wide body aircraft and paint facilities. Manage base maintenance activities of wide body aircrafts of Turkish Airlines fleet and third party airlines in SAW airport. Being a member of redelivery project team for redeliveries of Turkish Airlines fleet of wide body aircrafts mostly focused on managing the physical structural, mechanical surveys, buy-back inspections and documentation build ups. Join Part145 quality inspections in base maintenance especially regular audits carried out by international Civil Aviation Authorities such as EASA, FAA etc. Manage the team for preliminary design process for the Istanbul New Airport MRO facility project of Turkish Technic with the contracted design companies. Key Achievements; Having airframe rating approval for EASA, FAA, Turkish DGCA of Turkish Technic SAW airport facilities wide body, paint hangars and shops. Completed around 100+, Heavy / Delivery / Re-delivery projects for Turkish Airlines and third party airlines. Increased the base maintenance available slots to three wide body aircrafts at the same time by having a 200K Man-hour burn rate per year.
Member of the transition team of Turkish Technic for expansion of SAW airport facilities which focus on predesign meetings with the design company for accurate architectural design, building technical specification documents, tender management, production inspection and commissioning of constructions ,GSE, docking systems, tools and equipment. Member of the quality assurance team for MOE and Maintenance Procedure update for SAW expansion of Turkish Technic and getting approvals of EASA, FAA and Turkish DGCA for narrow body aircrafts and shops facilities. Member of the ERP transition team on behalf of base maintenance directorate which led Turkish Technic ERP system involved in to the TRAX MRO software. Manage heavy base maintenance activities of narrow body aircrafts of Turkish Airlines fleet and third party airlines in SAW airport.
