About

I am a passionate and dedicated student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at KU Leuven, with a focus on project management, digital marketing, and events. With hands-on experience in marketing, event coordination, leadership, client services, and community engagement, I have developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. My experience spans student leadership, event production, marketing, logistics, and client relations. As former Vice President of Academics For Companies (AFC) Brussels, I supported the strategic and operational management of the organization, helped coordinate internal departments, strengthened collaboration between students and companies, and contributed to long-term organizational growth. Through my work with TEDxKULeuvenBrussels, I contributed to stage design, event execution, and promotional campaigns that strengthened visibility and engagement. As a Client Services Coordinator at ZEINA Tech ‘n Design, I managed client interactions, coordinated with internal teams, and ensured timely service delivery. Beyond my academic and professional work, I have been involved in volunteer and community initiatives, including fundraising for Step of Hope and coordinating a gala dinner fundraiser with Sharek Youth Forum, which raised €15,530 to support road construction for 400 farmers. I am passionate about storytelling, brand development, event experiences, and creative communication. Outside of work and university, I enjoy photography and writing through (@zeinasframe) on Instagram, where I explore themes such as perfectionism, success, emotions, and personal growth. Fluent in English and Arabic, now learning French, I am eager to pursue opportunities in marketing, events, project coordination, client relations, and partnerships where I can combine creativity, organization, and impact.
