At StarSweets, I’m the connector between warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers—ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain. I also take on the role of buyer, managing just-in-time inventory to keep our customers well-stocked and our business healthy. Beyond logistics, I’m also involved in quality management systems to guarantee product safety and compliance. Currently we're reviewing our whole operation and I’m helping lead the implementation of a new ERP system—an exciting opportunity to future-proof our processes and better anticipate customer demand.
At Buitenhof Tuinmeubelen, I worked as a Process Coordinator during a dynamic garden furniture season. My role focused on mapping internal workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Through close collaboration with various departments and under the guidance of an experienced IT colleague, I gained valuable insights into operational structures and the role of ERP systems in supporting scalable business processes. This experience strengthened my understanding of how to align daily operations with long-term strategic goals.
At Forever Direct, I worked in Customer Relations and Support, overseeing international export shipments to diverse regions including Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East. I coordinated inspections and worked closely with the QA department to ensure that product labeling and standards met all destination-specific requirements.
