Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan
I am a Governance and Public Policy graduate from Pakistan with a background in Business Administration and HR. My bachelor's research explored Green HRM and pro-environmental behavior in industrial settings an early intersection of organizational dynamics and environmental outcomes. I am now actively building knowledge in climate change policy, with a particular interest in how governance systems in vulnerable countries like Pakistan can better respond to climate impacts they did not cause. Pakistan contributes less than 1% of global emissions yet faces devastating floods, glacial melt, and water insecurity. My long-term goal is to contribute to climate adaptation research and policy work in Pakistan and the broader South Asian region. Open to connecting with researchers, policymakers, and development sector professionals working on climate and governance.
