Reporting to the Head of youth segment, primary responsibilities included the following: • Revamping the segment strategy by shifting its paradigm from customer acquisition to revenue optimization and profitability through the launch of Ufone’s first ever youth brand ‘Uth Pack’. • Managing the youth brand’s health and responsible for its 360 degree communication planning. • Pioneering the concept of negotiations in Affinity marketing (cross-industry co-branded initiatives) for Uth Pack. The objective was to create win-win business situations in co-branded initiatives with various local & international brands from across industries.
Direct brand management, execution of ATL & BTL advertising (Including Digital marketing), sales collateral and tradeshow marketing. The primarily responsibilities include: - Coordinating with creative, media, digital, outdoor & activation agencies for effective execution of the campaign. - Ensure efficient and effective overall campaign management & execution. (print, radio, TV, Digital/Social media, outdoor, non-traditional mediums) - Devise & execute the overall BTL strategy and brand activations in all regions within the country. - Custodian of the financial operations and marketing budget management. - Assist the sales & the customer care center teams by planning and executing regionally targeted BTL activities to achieve their targets. - Responsible for branding at the customer care centers and third party retailers - Produced media kit that demonstrated key marketing analytics and demographics for use in sales presentations. Efforts were credited as instrumental in closing numerous high-level deals. - Leveraged strengths in cost-effective marketing management and vendor negotiations to end each year an average of 15% under-budget (without compromising business growth goals). - Developing online applications with digital marketing agencies to enhance customer’s online experience leading to engagment and retention. - Coordinating with research, buisness development & Customer care teams to Conduct Brand Health Monitoring.
