Welcome to my bio! I am an energetic learner who has it barely contained in her excitement to dive deeper into computer, data, and relations learning. I have been experimenting within the bubble of technology, but am now officially joined the team at LCLS SLAC. My main prospects in this community is to create as many projects as possible relating to diffusion maps and beamline x-rays. Hoping to help make a difference in either a large, multitasking team, or a smaller group with a more specified goal!
Managed a team of over 10 Amazon Associates, overseeing all aspects of operations, including budgeting station costs, associate training, and performance management of other process assistants Utilized data analysis and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that improve efficiency in delivery experience, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction Utilizes Lean Six Sigma monthly to improve the process flow from processing packages to successfully dispatching them to customers Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trailer vendors, clients, and lead staff from overnight departments Ensured proper inventory allocation for van parts for delivery companies that partnered with Amazon Managed over 300 hours of employment time per week and allocated both part-time and full-time employees around their schedules to fit the budget required Partnered with site EHS to ensure safety during delivery station sort and delivery operations for all staff involved.
Assisted in the development and implementation of business strategies, including marketing, sales, and product development Developed and improved on new and old customer service practices Conducted market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and assess competition Assisted with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and bookkeeping
Worked on group projects to solve codes in a three person team. Created a script where it would estimate graph trends more efficiently than before via using K-Nearest neighbors and gaussian fitting. Helped create an AI system that calculated the time used to map out protein images onto a x-ray manifold. As a wrap-up, I created a small published poster on the research of diffusion maps .
