*Delivered two of the most successful Clothes Swap events to date, facilitating the exchange of 96 items in the first event and 122 items in the second event through targeted promotion and audience engagement. *Organised the clothing inventory and professionally presented garments on clothing racks *Adapted social media content and messaging to resonate with culturally diverse communities. *Liaised with supervisors and the sustainability team to ensure smooth campaign delivery *Led the event logistics, including organising clothing inventory, content planning and scheduling, calendar management, coordinating materials, and ensuring a professional on-site experience was maitained throughout every event. *Led the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Clothes Swap event, overseeing campaign planning, content creation, promotional content creation, interviewing students, live coverage, and post-event promotion. *Increased student engagement across two Clothes Swap events. The first event saw 70% of attendees sourced via Eventbrite with low on-campus engagement. The second event resulted in 90% participation from University of Greenwich students, showing improved engagement and audience targeting.
I participated in a 3-day online internship focused on digital marketing, covering various topics such as: personal branding and the importance of networking. Further, I participated in the following: - Attended sessions led by industry experts covering key topics like: SEO, Creative marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing and Campaign management - Developed skills in creating effective social media content and learned how to utilise tools like Adobe Express, Semrush and RISER (who were also the sponsors of the programme). - Engaged in practical activities including, crafting marketing campaigns, personal branding exercises where we did self-reflection and this enhanced both my creative and analytical skills. - Gained insights into various marketing career pathways and how to position oneself successfully within the industry

I got to highlight women living with ADHD in the UK and highlight their struggles as well as their strengths. I also covered ways in which employers and colleagues can support women with ADHD in the workplace.
