I am the Operations Manager at Kyani Anti-Poaching, where I lead and coordinate the majority of our field operations across Namibia. I work closely with NAMPOL, MEFT, and various partner organizations and government entities to strengthen wildlife protection and enhance security efforts. I also manage our K9 Unit and have developed strong expertise in handling and training dogs for anti-poaching, tracking, and security operations. In addition, I have extensive experience working with CCTV systems across Namibia. I have developed a wide range of technical skills across various security-related technologies. Throughout my career, I have successfully investigated numerous crime scenes and contributed to the arrest of multiple suspects involved in poaching and other criminal activities. My work has allowed me to build a broad and solid skill set within the security sector, ranging from field operations to technology-based surveillance. I am committed to the protection of Namibia’s wildlife and to continually improving the effectiveness of anti-poaching and security operations.
I am eager to utilise my skills in a dynamic team committed to excellence and learning. As Security Manager, I have managed the training and operations of the team, supervised all internal investigations and successfully handled various other investigative cases. I am also an experienced dog handler and trainer and have led numerous anti-poaching operations where I have apprehended poachers.
