Felix’s is responsible for the Kyndryl Global Strategic Alliance Strategy and Planning as Director Program Management Previously, Felix has been responsible for the Kyndryl - Red Hat Alliance as a Go to Market Offering Manager on a WW level. IBM Watson and Cloud Platform Offerings on a WW level, the IBM Cloud Services portfolio in Europe, also the IBM Data Center Services Offerings in Austria & Switzerland, the global business and strategy of IBM's standard server offerings as part of the Data Center Services domain. He created and deployed global sales programs to drive the services solution sales between IBM's brands (Systems and Technology Group, Software Group, Global Business Services) and Global Technology Services (GTS). He was also responsible organizing the global implementation of strategic sales initiatives and leading the WW sales skills development for Server Services. He has been leading the business and strategy for managed collaboration hosting service offerings in Europe. Felix developed and supported several IBM Application Hosting products that helped to expand the Managed Hosting portfolio in Europe building upon the Managed-Hosting base. Felix is also keenly interested in social networking and social software topics and the ideation and innovation market. He started his career as an IT manager of the greatest Austrian Tradeshow company before joining IBM Global Services in 1997 as an IBM instructor. He is the co-author of several ITSO Redbooks covering Lotus Domino for System i (AS/400) topics and the lead author for the IBM Platform Management for Windows Redbook. He has been a frequent speaker and presenter at international technical meetings and trade shows in the USA and Europe.
