Luke Swem Beba was born 16 December and ordained to the Catholic Priesthood on 5th July 1997 in the Missionary Congregation of the Claretian Order. A seasoned Pastor with vast experience in pastoral administration and management. Experienced Military personnel with a demonstrated history of working with the United Nations Peacekeeping in Hybrid Operations, Military Observer Missions, Protection of Civilians and the likes. He holds certificates in Philosophy, Theology, and Education in both local and international universities. A distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management Nigeria with vast experience in business analysis, project management, business portfolio investment, risk management in development projects, etc. Fellow Institute of Creative and Innivative Management of Nigeria, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Disaster and Safety Managers USA, as well as Fellow Institute of Disaster and Safety Science Nigeria, Fellow Association of Climate Change Professionals Nigeria, Ambassador Association of Climate Change Professionals, Member African Society for Disaster Risk Managers, etc. He also obtained various licences and certification in various distinguished universities around the world, such as: 1. Inter-American Institute for Economic and Social Development in Risk management in development projects, 2. Ben-Gurion University of the Negev Israel in Environmental Protection and Sustainability, 3. Harvard University in Humanitarian Response to Conflict and Disaster, and, Christianity Through Its Scriptures, 4. The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Early Christian Outlook and its Jewish matrix: Narratives of Gospels and Acts. He is a certified Community Immunity Ambassador of "Let's break the chain of COVID-19 Infection" from the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, and also Ambassador of Climate Change Professionals among others.
