Dans le cadre de mon alternance, mes missions incluent : Accueillir une clientèle française et internationale avec un service personnalisé et une écoute active pour comprendre et répondre à leurs besoins. Partager l'histoire de la Maison ainsi que le savoir-faire unique derrière chaque pièce, tout en proposant des recommandations sophistiquées. Être sur l'ensemble des catégories (maroquinerie, souliers, prêt-à-porter, parfums, etc.) Offrir des suggestions complémentaires et faire découvrir d'autres lignes de produits pour encourager les ventes croisées. Organiser et animer des briefs, en prenant la parole devant l'équipe entière. Gestion des opérations de caisse et ajustements ; vérification des transactions journalières pour réduire les erreurs et les écarts. Assurer un encaissement fluide et accompagner le client avec soin jusqu’à la fin de son expérience en magasin.
Hanon Systems est un leader mondial de la fabrication de systèmes de climatisation et de solutions thermiques pour l'industrie automobile. Leurs produits incluent des composants de gestion thermique, fournis à de nombreux constructeurs automobiles à travers le monde. Mes principales missions : - Passer en revue les CSR (Customer Specification Requirement) Clients pour garantir que nos produits répondaient aux exigences spécifiques des clients et aux normes de qualité établies. - Prendre en charge le contrôle des dossiers PSW (Part Submission Warrant), assurant ainsi la conformité des pièces produites aux spécifications client, minimisant les risques de non-conformité et de retards dès le début du cycle de production. - Contribuer au développement et à l'optimisation de la procédure 4M Change Management en collaboration avec les équipes multiservices, visant à rationaliser les processus de changement tout en maintenant les plus hauts standards de qualité. - Participer à la réalisation d'audits LPA (Layered Process Audit), identifiant les écarts et apportant des corrections immédiates pour contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication. - Faire les tests et les analyses des retours garantie acquérant ainsi une connaissance approfondie des produits et des processus de garantie tout en contribuant à l'identification et à la résolution des problèmes de qualité.

During my 3-month internship as part of my studies at Leroy Merlin, I gained valuable experience in the field of clienteling. My role involved offering personalized advice to clients by identifying and addressing their specific needs. I was also involved in stock management and inventory, covering responsibilities such as labeling and receiving deliveries. Sales achievement and monitoring were at the core of my tasks, where I developed essential skills in sales and customer follow-up. My involvement in visual merchandising in the store strengthened my ability to create attractive visual presentations to promote products.

As an intern, I actively participated in human resources management, collaborating with a dynamic team.
