I helped a $100M+ annual sales team to drive new value for a Fortune 50 customer by identifying relevant use cases within Cisco's portfolio and performing outreach. My work drove $1.5M in estimated pipeline for pilot programs, with the potential of bringing multimillion dollar expansions. I supported multiple Fortune 50 customers in successfully adopting Cisco's security portfolio, focused on Identity Services Engine and Network Access Control. For one of our largest customers, I developed a Python script that identifies gaps in device profiling and tagging for over 800,000 endpoints. For a Fortune 50 financial services company, I built and demoed an automation to provision and deploy Cisco ISE in AWS, validating a use case to reduce service times and increase operational efficiency.

  • Information Technology Intern at Hope's Door New Beginning Center
    Jun 2019 - Aug 2019 · 3 mos

As an Information Technology Intern, I traveled to various shelter locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for computer deployment and network maintenance, ensuring domestic victims had access to computers and online resources. I also troubleshooted network connectivity issues. Furthermore, upon my arrival at the organization, there was no centralized documentation system at the head office for devices. Throughout the internship, I created simple and easy documentation detailing all the devices and any maintenance that needed to occur. This documentation helped connect upper management with the tasks being done within the department.
