As the Technology R&D Leader at the Global Engineering Centre in Noida, my role involved a multifaceted approach to innovation and development. I was responsible for overseeing the processes of testing, validation, and documentation for industrial and process automation products tailored for the power and water/wastewater markets. Additionally, I took the responsibility to drive the IP & Innovation Program at Emerson Noida; the responsibility extends to fostering an environment where intellectual property is created and protected, while also nurturing a culture of continuous innovation. Being a member of the Mosaic ERG Leadership Team at the Asia-Pacific level signifies a commitment to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that a wide array of perspectives contribute to the company's success. Additionally, as the Key Facilitator of the PDAE workshop, there's an opportunity to influence and shape the professional growth and development of team members, aligning their individual goals with the organization's objectives.
