Quick Osceola reference guide training 3. Legal research training • Worked with SCMR's, MLD's, YLR's & The Pakistan Law Site etc @ Expertos Legales (a Law Firm) 4. Alternative Dispute Resolution training on the following: • How litigation is considered the backbone of the judicial system. • How parties could negotiate amongst themselves, identifying issues and implementing a course of action with a fair conclusion for everyone involved. • How mediation works, its kinds & role in the legal system. - The differences between mediation and conciliation. - Key characteristics of Arbitration, the seat of Arbitration, a Halfway House, Types of Arbitration, the New York Conventions, UNCITRAL & various Theories of Arbitration. 5. Drafting documents (contracts) & case files. 6. Key marriage rights in Islam (Nikkahnama) to better under the umbrella of the legal system 7. Sexual offences against women & children in Pakistan - The Anti Rape Act 2021 8. Drafting Memorials
• Centre Operations: Overseeing day to day operations, staff and management and case scheduling. • Client Focus: Building and maintaining client relationships, promoting the ADR Centre, and ensuring quality control and compliance. • Strategy and Development: Developing policies, programmes, and services along with overseeing technology management, including social media advertising such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. • Reporting and Improvement: Generating reports, analysing data and implementing improvements to centre operations.
